The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts

The Tobin Center for the Performing Arts is San Antonio’s one-stop for live entertainment, from music and theater to comedy, speakers, and family-friendly performances. The venue offers a comfortable atmosphere, dependable security, and a versatile schedule to meet your interests. Added to the traveling selection of live acts, the venue is also host to several resident companies. Ballet San Antonio, Classical Music Institute, Opera San Antonio, the San Antonio Symphony, and the Children’s Chorus of San Antonio all produce performances for the Tobin Center.
The hours vary, depending on the type of performance you plan on attending. If you have kids, there’s a show coming up in September that you don’t want to miss. Disney’s “Christopher Robin” will be shown at the Will Naylor Smith River Walk Plaza on September 9. This free event opens at 7 p.m. with the movie starting at 8 p.m.
